Chaturbate warning and reverification

I received a warning today from chaturbate, my wife was on my cam, and we thought she was verified but was not. I clicked okay to the warning, but thrn my ability to accept tokens was gone.

I tried to resubmit my verification but keep getting a id not accepted duplicate Id. I dont know what to do, i wasnt banned, just warned.

Wait are you sending your own ID or your wifes? I'm assuming yours, if it says duplicate that must mean they already have you on file and just need hers if she's going to stream from your account.

I once thought my friend was verified while she was on my cam and I had to resubmit her ID
