Chaturbate's support sucks - Chaturbate scam and fraud

I was working on Chaturbate for about 3 weeks and banned 4 times for no reason and after days of emailing support each time they unban me. Now after the 4th time they wont give me more of a reply than this:

"I'm sorry, we're not able to help you on this matter. Is there anything else we can help with?
Thank you,
Customer Support "


They owe me money and wont pay me either. Has this happened to anyone else here?
 
They must be on another ban spree if this many people are winding up posting on this forum. :?

My guess is that this is the same person who was banned 28 times and got banned here.

I agree. A little bit suspicious. I smell some personal scruffle towards Chaturbate.
 
I got banned on Chaturbate when I first started. But I did break a rule ( I didn't realise at the time ).

I emailed support but no reply... so I posted to them on twitter and they told me to contact Shirley. I did this and she was very helpful... told me the reason and unbanned me straight away.

I go banned again after this but I think it was a mistake. I emailed them about it and they responded immediately to say it was an error and they will set me back up immediately.

So I wouldn't say that Chaturbate were unhelpful for me... they were honest... straight up with me and sorted out my situation (well shirley did... not the general support email).

Just sharing my experience that is all...

Just wanna ditto you. Only contacted them once and they were honest, to the point and as helpful as they could.
Ever since I started there I haven't really experienced the apparently common chaturbate problems with bans and support. I also haven't broken any rules ever if it matters.
 
How do I contact Shirley? Not sure its even worth it at this point after reading about the girl that was banned 28 times.

Dont bother as she doesnt work there anymore and thats why we are all getting shit support and the site is going down the drain.

Actually, she posted on a few topics on this very forum today. I'm not sure of the exact email address, but I *think* it is Shirley@chaturbate.com or something along those lines.

I think the site is going thru some growing pains, but I don't believe they are going down the drain. I'm sure other cam sites, as they have grown in popularity, have had issues that have come up. I've had nothing buy positive experiences with the support there. Try to keep in mind, that your attitude when approaching support may have something to do with how helpful they are or are not. It shouldn't, but we are all only human. Keep emails with support direct, to the point and short. As a rule, I always tend to play a bit stupid too because support people always see asshole, know it alls. So if I were banned and wanted an un ban my email would go something like this:

Dear Support,
My account was banned and I'm not exactly sure why. I was wondering if you would unban my account and let me know what I did to get banned so I can avoid that practice in the future. My model name is (account name here). Thank you so much for your help.

(Real name here)
