I don't think it will have to be several. Dude ain't very big and his fight iq has always been terrible. Dude has a lot of beatings coming his way if he doesn't off himself before going in. Sucks seeing that racist fuck Dog get involved but if it can somehow help, awesome.

I wonder if he would get beat up in prison. I'm sure there are some Christy Mack fans in there who know what he did to her and would just be waiting for the chance to jump him. He may be all muscle, but I doubt he will be able to fight off several men trying to beat the living shit out of him.
I think being an MMA fighter will actually make it worse for him in jail than the reason he's there. Other "alpha male" goobers will be chomping at the bit to say they landed a punch on War Machine (much like the bounty hunter is doing). It did make me giggle that a porn star Tweeted she would happily write letters to anyone who made his life in jail less pleasant. I can't remember who it was. Think think think.

Well, anyone's guess at this point. Apparently he apologized for the racist rant he made to his son about his son's gf, and the two have reconciled, but who knows what's in his heart.

The sad reality is that domestic abuse like this happens everyday to people, not just porn stars.
Yea, we all know that.
But I think what makes this particular case different, besides the celebrity status, is that people are victim blaming because of her career choice.
Not that I am saying it hasn't happened but I have yet to read any news articles that have victim blamed her. But then I tend to stay away from right-winged conservative news sites so that might have something to do with that too.

I don't think most news stations are dumb enough to victim blame. I'm referring to all of the dumbass tweets floating around.

The initial story broke of her beating and escape and the offer of $10K reward for his capture then the guys from Pawn Stars tweeted later that they would add an additional $10K to the reward. I haven't stayed up on the addition to Dog hunting after him but saw a few RT's of him and his wife harassing WarMachine (@WarMachine170)

If he is dumb enough to respond to the taunts he will be caught, Dog may not be the brightest bulb in the pack but he has the support team that has the ability to trace any IP hits. Life needs to be made extremely difficult for WarMachine and sent to the Maricopa Pen (Tent City) to serve his time. I have to admit that my first reaction was similar to Eyeteach but I have to have trust in the judicial system and give him the trial that he deserves as an American citizen, That being said I do believe that he has all but admitted that he did it. The lawyer he will end up hiring will use a insanity defense and lose.

No human deserves the beating that ChristyMack took and she has stated that it was not the first time she had been battered by him. Domestic Violence is no joke and anyone that does it needs to have their freedoms taken away. Violence is not the answer to what happened to her but sometimes that is the only language that some people understand. Warmachine happens to be in a profession that most of the people only understand a beating or worse to get a point across to them.

Before this becomes too long, I'll leave it at that.

Here's something else I've been wondering, what happened to the guy she was with when WR beat them up? Supposedly WR let the dude go but why didn't he call the police? Obviously he had first hand knowledge of what that psycho could do, why leave Christy alone with him?

All I know is that I have blocked more people on Twitter this week than I have in the entire 4+ years I've had my account. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed that anyone would EVER think it was OK to harm another human being in this manner - man or woman. It's so shocking to see people defend him and believing she deserved it for some reason or another:

1 - she's a porn star = whore = evil woman
2 - she's condoned his abuse before by staying with him
3 - she was cheating

Some people suggested he could have been in fear of his life. Ok, fine. I'm sure he has the training to subdue her without beating her to a fucking pulp. SMH.

This War Machine dude has a HISTORY of violent behavior, especially toward women. As Jicky said, he's showed CLASSIC signs of abusers playing the victim and he's incredibly manipulative. This is Psychology 101. Innocent people don't elude police during an investigation. They give a statement. They cooperate. They don't run and hide.

Anyway, I wrote a bunch of other stuff, but the more I talk about it the more pissed off I get so I will leave it at that. I hope they find him and get his side of the story (fair is fair) and I hope she has a speedy recovery.

That history part was my thought after reading he'd beaten her up before. 'Oh, he has already been convicted and been in jail for beating her up, that should make it that much easier to convict him now.'

We can only speculate as to what was running through the minds of anyone in that home that night but perhaps, as an abused woman, her first instinct was to try and diffuse the situation and encourage her companion to leave the scene. In her mind, potentially, that would eliminate a stressor on the situation. Women in these scenarios will do just about anything to calm the aggressor down, including asking a potential life line to leave/look the other way, assure them everything's fine and ask them not report the incident to police. She certainly wouldn't be the first woman in an abusive relationship to make precisely this kind of choice to avoid/lesson the confrontation she was in. Her friend is likely guilt ridden about his choices that evening but it's very much possible that if he left the scene and didn't alert the authorities it's because she had asked him to.

Again, we're all outsiders working with limited information and a lot of emotion so I feel a bit skeezy even speculating on why-this-happened and what-this-person-was-thinking but your question is a good one and I thought this might provide a bit of insight.

This makes me feel so sorry for this woman. She seems to have not had the courage or self esteem to realize she deserved better

Of course, it’s normal to wonder what people, who have their significant others’ name tattooed on their body, would do in the case of a hypothetical breakup. Ariel was curious about this, and asked War Machine what he would do if a split were to happen.

“Yeah. Well I told her what I would do is I would just kill her and then I’d get, ‘Rest in peace,’” he said.

“It’s fair enough, really,” Christy added.

“I would put ‘Rest in peace Mack,’ and say this is a memorial to my dead girlfriend,” the MMA fighter continued. “You don’t know what happened to her, maybe she’s dead.”

“I mean honestly, I would probably deserve it,” Christy said.

Sadly domestic abusers are VERY manipulative and great at normalizing the situation. Its easy to say "oh that person must have been so vulnerable" but it could happen to almost anyone. Theres a huge amount of cognitive dissonance involved.

Always good news to hear this kind of guy (War Machine) is off the streets, luckily they are not free or alive for too long usually.
Wonder if Christy Mack will take him back, once she has healed? If she is strong enough to leave him, hopefully he wont chase her down after his release.
He will do some prison time, and be out to torture others soon. Hopefully the next victim will stop him or he will be locked up for a longer time.
Sadly these guys are all too common, and women love them as they are never single. At least Christy saved someone else her pain.

Sorry my reply on Christy's part is so harsh, I am saddened by what she is going through. Her current state would be quite traumatised. I may disapprove in her choice of choosing aggressive men, but am fully sympathetic to making that wrong choice. We are slaves to our love preferences, even unhealthy ones, hopefully in future she makes a safer choice (I know I never have).

She may not have the opportunity to take him back nor he to ever be released from prison.

Prosecutors Charge MMA Fighter War Machine With Attempted Murder

Prosecutors filed two charges of attempted murder Wednesday against the mixed martial arts fighter known as War Machine in an alleged brutal attack on his porn-star ex-girlfriend and a friend of hers last month in Las Vegas.

The fighter, 32, whose given name is Jonathan Koppenhaver, was hit with 25 additional felony counts in addition to seven that he already faced. Police have said that the ex-girlfriend, Christy Mack, was treated for extensive facial bruises, broken bones and lost teeth, and that a friend who was with her also suffered broken bones.

Besides attempted murder, the charges against Koppenhaver include battery by strangulation, sexual assault, kidnapping.

Koppenhaver has said on Twitter that he went to give Mack an engagement ring “and ended up fighting for my life.” Mack posted an extensive account of the alleged attack on her own Twitter feed. The confrontation happened Aug. 8. Koppenhaver was arrested a week later in California.

Koppenhaver appeared in court Wednesday in Las Vegas but did not enter a plea. A judge set his next hearing for Oct. 17. One of his lawyers told reporters that the fighter wants to be judged on his character as a human being, not as an MMA fighter.

The district attorney, Steve Wolfson, told reporters that Mack is “no different from any other domestic violence victims. She is healing at home, and she is ready to testify.”

lol the fuck? Dude was a terrible human being tho.

Ha right? Only thing good about the dude WAS that he was a good fighter.

Koppenhaver has said on Twitter that he went to give Mack an engagement ring “and ended up fighting for my life.”

What the fuck is that supposed to mean? The dude is not only a douche bag but also a whack job. Glad to see they threw the book at him. This way at least more charges will stick when his lawyers plea bargain his sorry ass.

War Machine
Attempts Suicide by Hanging in Jail

War Machine tried to kill himself in his Las Vegas jail cell this week ... but his attempt was foiled by a corrections officer.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Tuesday night around 9:30 an officer was walking by War Machine's cell in Clark County Jail. The officer saw him sitting on the ground with his feet up on the bunk bed. When the officer called to him he was unresponsive.

The officer went into the cell and found the ex-MMA fighter had a piece of linen around his neck which was tied to the leg of the bed -- and his face was purple. The officer cut the linen, removed it ... and we're told War Machine's breathing became less strained and he attempted to speak.

He's currently in a medical isolation cell on suicide watch. We're told officers found what appeared to be suicide notes in the cell.

War Machine is in jail awaiting trial for the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend, porn star Christy Mack, and her friend Corey Thomas.

War Machine's attorney tells us one of the letters found in the cell was written to Christy.
