Co-streaming on Stream Master not showing up

Hello~ a tech question:

I'm trying to co stream with stream master but my partner is not seeing the co stream option on their task bar. (On the left hand side of SM, where visuals and themes are etc.)

I know there was a lovense update and they said they installed it. (They reinstalled stream master and it didn't help) We've successfully done many co streams.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this? Thanks! :3
