I tried looking for any info on it on ACF, but found none. Even LJ's cam modeling guide never mentions anything about colors.

Has anyone ever had experience with the color of their room affecting performance on cam? I looked into color theory a few weeks ago for some web project and it seems like it may help with webcamming but since I don't have any experience in the industry I don't know if its worth trying.

I'm pretty sure it has been discussed at length in the Models Only section.
A few times in public forum too (remember one on styling/ painting rooms somewhere). Keep in mind the psychological effect will be greatly enhanced for the model within the room.

Let's say there is some colour combination that leads us all to generosity, a model will want that in her members, but want to restrict it in herself. She may want to calm herself and want her members frustrated.

The model will also have to live in her selection. Something stylish, and that leads attention to her is far better.
