Complaint about MFC

I wasn't sure where to post this since MFC has the worst customer service in history and there are no forums or support at all.

I had an email conversation going on back and forth with the model Goldilicks over the last week or so. I was interested in the "dates" she was offering for sale. We discussed it and she said that she would need a 40,000 token tip to pay for a date. I asked if she would take any other form of payment, and she said I could send her $2,000 worth of gift cards and gave me a mile long list of places she wanted gift cards from. I said I could not do that, because it would be too easy for her to just accept gift cards and then disappear to rip me off. This morning she sends me a very nasty email on MFC stating that she is tired of people "messaging her about dates but not actually going through with anything because they just want to jerk off over the setting up a date messages". She says that unless my next email is telling her that I am sending her gift cards then she doesn't want me talking to her anymore and makes several references to me being a "homo", a "fag", and a "small dicked loser".

I sent her back an email informing her of how much of a cunt she is and that I would not ever be tipping her, sending her gift cards, or even want a date with her after this. Shortly afterwards I received a bombardment of PMs from her which included the following:

Goldilicks: 10:59 AM youre a jobless fucking homo with no life. poor baby
Goldilicks: 10:59 AM go kill yourself


I tried to file a complaint through MFC's ghetto wiki-support page. A few hours later I get an email from MFC support saying I have been banned for "harassing models" and to contact them in 14 days for a review.

What the fuck is this bullshit? I get harassed and then I'm the one banned? Along with 1,000 tokens that were on my account. What can I do to get this shit sorted?

Ack, reading through this whole thing I was hoping this wasn't the result. That really sucks. If only you had just put her on ignore and moved on after she started namecalling and being a hassle about the date/payment. Sometimes arguing and namecalling back with a person like that only ends up kicking you in the ass.

I'd wait the 14 days, then construct a very polite email including concise recap of her behavior/PM messages. Nothing good can come from approaching it with hostility and anger, so just keep calm and keep your tone in check.

Well for one, MFC does not allow outside payment for inside services. Meaning if you are offering to perform live on their servers for outside payment, they are not gonna be happy. Offering outside services for outside payment is basically just removing MFC from the deal entirely and they are not likely tocare. However, the straight up solicitation of exort services might not go over so well. A date raffle is one thing, solicitation with pretty clear indications of sex involved is likely to raise some hackles.

OP, you are probably better off looking up escorts services in your area. If you HAD tipped her and she had ran, MFC wouldn't have done shit for you. They are not an escort service.

Protect yourself and and read reviews as well. I'm sorry you got banned.

I did put her on ignore, and I filed a complaint/support ticket/whateverthefuck on the myfreecams wiki-support thing. The email they sent me saying I was banned was a response to the support thing I filed, even quoting me quoting her saying things like "go kill yourself", yet they claim I am the one doing the harassment as their reason for a ban.

If you had just NOT replied, put her on ignore BEFORE this, her PMs would have never gotten to you, and you'd have not inspired her to report you to MFC (since you replied calling her a cunt, she had something to report).

I am actually surprised you received a response at all, even to ban you.

I would wait for the review, possibly get cleared, then spend the remaining 1000 tokens and some spare time on making Miss G. suffer a bit, just for the pleasure it would bring, then move on with life.
In the mean time buy her that cheap toy off her wishlist, add in a gift note and tell her exactly where this 'small dick homo' wants her to stick it. She will love it, but at least you got to tell her what you think of her.

I can't say that I've kept count, but it's been around 70 to 80 models I've seen on mfc who have offered to meet members for sex over the years.

This is a really shitty situation, and I'm sorry that you're going through it, OP. It also breaks my heart to hear/read when people say things like the above quote or "All the models on this forum are always blaming the members, and the other models are never at fault."

Yes, sometimes you're right. Sometimes people judge others or treat them unfairly. However, in this case, it seems that we've only gotten part of the story. In the OP's original statement, he makes it sound like he was merely trying to give the model money when she turned on him like a rabid dog. And that could have definitely been all that happened. However, for MFC to ban him directly for "harassing" the model is a pretty big step. I've seen so many legitimate cases of harassment towards models that MFC doesn't do shit about. So, yes, it could possibly be that MFC was extremely unfair in their treatment to OP, or it could be that there's more to this story than he's presenting. Until we see the complete chat logs, don't get too up in arms about MFC being shitty towards their paying members (in this instance).

Apologies, a bit off topic of MFC ban. But a good question from JoleneBrody. Why hate/ pester spend is what she is asking? I think done right it can work, so long as you get good value from how you spend it is a success. You always hurt yourself when you have such feelings, hopefully the OP can move on from this fairly freely.

I was thinking of 'minimal effective response', so you can move on. Sometimes playing the bad guy can be worth it, the OP has been punished for it anyway, is hurting. These remaining tokens will be somewhat poisoned anyway, so when you get rid of them it is important to enjoy the release. Find a creative outlet for them, something that feels great.

You may help her, spoil her mood, or cost her longer term, it doesn't really matter about her. Think of all the lessons you have taken from the experience. It seems like G. has earned your poison tokens to me. You may get lucky and cost her a few bad days, but such acts are about moving on as quickly as possible. There may be much better ways to move on than getting back at her, you have a few weeks to see how you feel.

I reminded of the Rape of the Lock (Alexander Pope, 1712), when I hear stories like this. A response can be overblown over such little things, but sometimes it is needed/ deserved, sometimes it is just overblown and hurts you further.

How is tipping the model any sort of revenge or going to lead to her having bad days? She will just be rolling in all her troll tokens she has recieved for doing nothing at all.

I would draw the line at spending tokens. But if I did, the tips and gifts would be accompanied by as much flattery as I could muster.

I had a little rodent gnaw their way out of my iggy bin. I found this out when I began getting PM's. Told me I was a little person. Told me she felt sorry for me. There were vague references to someone kicking my ass.

I responded by telling her how great the new profile looked. Then I went on for a bit about how great some of the new photos she had up looked. She calmed down and went away.

I also went to her profile and left a comment repeating my kind words. A couple of days later she sends me an email, asking me if I would mind going to her profile and posting something nice about her. I pointed out that I already had, and she said she saw my comment, but it was all about her new profile and her pictures; she wanted me to say something nice about her as a person. My response? Dead.f*cking.air. jajajajajaja

I'm going to stick up for MFC on this one in regards to support. Over the years I have received great support and timely feedback from Leo and Katie (albeit Katie only once years a go when I was fairly new).

In regards to MFC backing the model first, I would expect that to be honest. Best thing, as Amber suggested, would've have been to ignore as soon as you got that mfc mail. Don't bother replying...be the bigger man and just walk away.

Do contact MFC after the 14 days and explain everything in a calm and precise manner. Just don't expect any much to happen in return now.

1) You need to always maintain composure when dealing with models, they have much more power in their rooms and with the owners of the sites.
2)As harassing as she may have been, calling her a "cunt" hurts you more than her, she can claim harassment for it.
3) Asking for alternate payment types does not help your case, the various site owners frown on it highly.
4)If you can get screen-caps of all pertinent conversations with the model, do so, send those in next time to the support system.
5)Don't say another word to her, that bridge is burned hard. Contacting her again is proof of harassment.
5a) Don't spend tokens or money on her, the only person losing in that case is you.

It annoys models and often causes them to speak sharply to you. Best way to have handled it was to ask about price, and when the method offered wasn't to your liking, MOVE ON. It's a business, just like a grocer. Do you ask your grocer if you can buy a sack of potatoes with "gifts," or Paypal, or bitcoins, or some other method?

But, like Betty asked, if tokens and giftcards are no good, how did the OP plan on paying? Paypal has had a ton of issues and theres not many other easy trusted payment options left on the table.

Sure, go for it. But if it annoys the model, even if you don't think she's justified, but you haven't spent one penny....move on. I see nothing good coming from getting all pissy and trying to report a model for speaking sharply. That may simply be her shtick.

What bothers me is he said she could take the gift cards and run. She can do that with any form of payment. It's not like he could sue her for non-payment for escort services.
