Confirmation email not received

Hi to everyone!
Last night I created an account on Stripchat, but I never received the email to confirm my account. I've closed the page by mistake and now I can't access to my account anymore, because I didn't even choose a password. I tried to ask to assistance but they haven't replied to me all today.
Some of you knows how to solve this issue?

You can’t create a StripChat account without a password 🤨

ETA: unless you’ve purchased tokens, just create a new account 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yes, you can because when you create an account initially you only have to put a nickname and the email.
I don't want to create a new account, because I have 100+ tokens in that account.

Oops! You’re correct…

Sometimes the emails from SC can take a while.

I’d suggest just waiting for Support to come back to you (which they will).

I don't want to create a new account, because I have 100+ tokens in that account.
I was curious so I gave it a shot, too:

and I also did NOT get the email. I even went in the settings to resend the verification code to verify my email address, and still nothing. (Yes, checked spam.)
I'm also shocked they let you purchase tokens before verifying your email and making a password.

Maybe @Stella_SC can drop a line to the tech team and let them know something may be amiss with new signup emails.

Yeah, they are slow. Every month when my premium renews, it "expires" and then like 12 hours later is re-enabled. Pisses me the F off.
Debit card is on file. Auto-bill is on. WTF?
Standard Operating Procedure is to continue service until billing fails. Mine is not failing.
Imagine if other month-to month services were like this? Netflix, Hulu, Webhosting, Phone, Insurance, you name it.
I've emailed but that seems to go no where for me.

I think this is probably due to the fact they are in Greece and all of their processes are offshore (I assume you're American.)

Just to follow up: I still have no email with a password.
