for the third day the tokens from the model account are not converted to a studio account, what could be the problem?

Tokens were converted normally until Saturday - then they stopped. I have already sent letters many times. What do I need to do to speed up the process?

For many days tokens have not been converted into a studio account, the support service does not respond to my letters, I have sent letters many times.
