I just saw it last night. This was the most disappointing movie of the summer to me. save your $10-25.

Also, $10-25 for a movie ticket!? People freaked out when it went up to $8.50 around here...

Variety gave it a pretty solid review and they're generally not fond of genre pics. I think it just depends on what you're expecting.

I've heard mostly good things about it, outside of here, plus I'm a fan of Favreau's work as well as Craig's and Ford's so I'll give it a chance.

It doesn't hurt that my dad's a huge fan of westerns and won two free tickets to go see it.

Is it still bad if you go in with expectations that you are about to see a cowboy movie where they fight aliens? There has to be some slide room for the movie right? Just based on what its about.

My 7 year old brother saw it and liked it... haven't seen it yet. Might wait for it to leave theatre; i'm scared to spend money on it.
