Thank you, I agree with you on the buzzword theory. It's so confusing when they do that, and you actually know what the words mean, and take them literally@MarieElise what a jerk! I've always been terrified to do customs and what you did was above and beyond what I think most people would do.
I think people pick up buzzwords and think they apply them correctly and...just fail. Kind of like calling someone a gold digger when they are in fact the bread winner.

Lol it is, and it's not really much of a win either. I'm always left wondering whether it was a genuine mistake or a purposeful manipulation. Hanlon's razor. Probably mostly genuine mistakes. But, for real, it's mind-numbing.

It really is terrifying. I know I largely stay away from the problematic areas of the internet but how people believe lies so readily these days with the internet RIGHT THERE to prove them wrong...I fear for the future in ways I never imagined before 2016.
