It might be a long post but I try my best to explain everything.
So on 15th August (UK time) I was buying some tokens using my card. Smaller amounts were ok, but I noticed that transactions for 1000 tokens took couple of minutes to proceed and appear on my account. However one of my transactions has been "declined". Money has been taken from my account with a status "pending". I have never received those tokens. I was expected to get an automatic refund once the bank will process transaction. It didn't happen. Money were gone.
So I contacted support regarding this situation and after exchanging few emails they have confirmed that 3 transactions for 1000 tokens were successful(and I could see them in my account) but 1 was declined. And advised me to contact my bank provider what I did.
My bank charged back that transaction granting me "provisional" refund until chaturbate will answer to their claim.
The interesting part of it is that today when I tried to login I got a message "account banned".
Once again I contacted support and was told it is an automatic ban after a chargeback and to have it removed I need to top up my account to restore negative balance. After telling them the reason of the chargeback I've been told that everything I paid for i have received...
So what I should do right now?
-If I too up my account I will get rid of the ban but
- what if I pay now but my bank claim will be denied by chaturbate and funds will be taken again from my account- will I receive an equivalent of the tokens I bought?
- if I pay what I can do to get the money back for the tokens I never received?
