New here, hoping I can get some feedback from either Models or Users who have run into this before.
I gifted a model some stuff from Lovense, toys that she did not have and probably needed. One was a Domi 2 which seems really popular. She got it and it was great for a few days, really added to the shows and got great response from fans. But then it died, I went digging looking for possible issues since I work in IT and have a good understanding of most computer technologies. The model also has a helper who seems to have some good knowledge in working these things as well. We tried everything people were posting and nothing. I reached out to Lovense and they contacted the model and her helper. They eventually sent a replacement. In the meantime I figured why not order a second one, might not be bad to have 2 in case of long shows or whatever. She got my second one and was back in business for about 4 days then that one died. I reached back out to Lovense to ask what is going on here, I get 1 being defective but 2 seems like there is a problem here. They said they would reach out to the Model and gave me a big spiel about how they stand by the quality of their products jada jada jada.
Her other Lovense toys are working just fine no issues - Lush(she had one but wanted a second for longer shows), Ferri and Gemini
So should I look at alternative Wand vibes from another source that would be more reliable or is this just some weird fluke?
Thank you!

First off, you are an incredibly supportive user for replacing it twice—any model would be lucky to have someone that dedicated in their room! Since you work in IT, you know how frustrating it is when hardware fails repeatedly despite troubleshooting. When toys like the Domi 2 keep dying, it completely breaks the flow of the show and ruins the interactive experience you’re both trying to enjoy. Looking into alternative wand brands is definitely a smart move if Lovense's build quality is letting you down on this specific model. Honestly, these hardware headaches are exactly why the industry is starting to lean more into built-in, platform-based digital interactions alongside physical toys. When sites implement native gamified features—like custom trigger compliments or direct interaction fire-triggers—it allows users to immediately impact the stream and get that instant gratification without relying entirely on Bluetooth or hardware working perfectly. It completely saves the vibe when devices decide to glitch out. Definitely try a different high-quality wand brand, and hopefully, the third time's the charm 🙂

Haha, fair enough, the delivery might sound overly polished, but the struggle with physical hardware dying mid-stream is 100% real! Anyone who has had their show interrupted by a broken toy knows the pain. Good software features are just one way to keep the room alive when the tech fails. No AI or fake talk here, just looking at options to keep the momentum going! 😂

Lovense finally sent two replacements, found out tonight. Hopefully these will last. I really like this model and she is a natural with the Domi like most models are LOL

Besides the updated Lush [the improved tail and connectivity are lightyears better than the flimsy previous versions] I prefer the first gen Domi.

But for a wand without tip interaction, I love my Hitachi. Tried and true plug and play, it'll never die unless my power goes out or the breaker trips :P
