Delayed payments

@punker barbie I am not sure if I am doing this correctly, but I have two payments that has not reached my cosmo account. It has been two weeks since the first one wich was a daily payout request and the other was the last payperiod. It is starting to be a bit urgent so I was wondering if it could be looked in to as soon as possible. I emailed the support a few days ago! My username is ellaa91

@punker barbie I want to add, there is now three daily payout payments that has not come through to my cosmo account. I don't mean to be to impatient, I understaind I will get an awnser when it is my turn, but I do have a bit of a situation since it is almost a months income and I have payment obligations that are now due. I really appreciate if support could get back to my email as soon as possible to solve the problem! Again, my username is ellaa91

Hi @punker barbie , I really urgently need help to get my payments, it is really effecting me since this is my fulltime income and it is now the end of the month and my bills are already due. I would be so thankful if support could awnser my email and make the three payments I requested go through. The latest one was a daily payment on october 13, so it has been very long! Thank you so much
