Hi, dear, the support takes a long time to answer me, I've been waiting for an answer for two weeks, they wrote to me that everything was fixed, but the problem remained, now I'm waiting for an answer again for a very long time

You say it is a new account
Have you a previous banned account on CB?

If that is the case then the documents may be approved BUT you still can't broadcast on CB until any issues with old account is dealt with

My account on CB was banned due to the fact that I replied to a guy who had a dialogue on a forbidden topic, the account was fresh, it's only one day old, support has not responded for a month, and I would really like to stream on the site, please help me solve this problem
