[Doubt] Multistreaming and sites

Hi everyone! I had a question...

What other sites besides MFC work with FirstChoicePay/Payoneer?
Also i wanted to know what is the program used to multi stream im multiple sites at once, since i cant seem to get the multi stream working no matter what
