ELM Payout Options?

Hey, does any one here know how to get payed on ELM for US residents?

According to ELM, their only payout options are Paxum and Dwolla, neither of which are working for me. Paxum doesn't work for US residents and Dwolla requires an EIN which i don't have and don't know how to get.

Please help, getting kind of desperate here as I have been actively working with ELM for nearly 2 months and still don't have a payout option. I emailed ELM's support, but they aren't doing anything to help on their side...

I signed up for Dwolla with no issues. I only reached payout once with it since I don't upload to ELM very often right now.

You wouldn't have a EIN number unless you created an actual business (S-Corp, LLC, etc). I don't remember them asking me for an EIN number, do you have the option to select "individual" and enter your social security number?
