Error message saying cannot tip contact support.

So you banned my accounts for a “suspected” violation and then kept my tokens by calling them “forfeited.”
That’s not enforcement, that’s taking paid funds without proof.
Either reinstate my account(s) or refund my unused tokens. If you claim a violation occurred, provide the exact policy, date/time, and evidence. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll be filing formal complaints and pursuing disputes through my payment method.

Oh, is that for a suspected serious violation? Please respond to my email, and let's keep this professional. I would assume we're adults here. Thanks.
Hi again. I am just a user of this forum. I don't work for CB or have communications with them aside from opening a ticket like everybody else. So I don't know what they suspect and definitely can't answer your email.

I want to stress, just in case, that I don't know you, have nothing to do with your ban, and couldn't possibly do anything about it.

I don't know if you actually read the link, but it's a post regarding what to do when you're banned and some important things about this forum. Perhaps I wasn't clear in my first message, my bad, but what I meant is that no matter what's the reason taking you to contact support, the process is just the same. So have a look at it if you want but, in short, it says that support are the only ones that can solve a problem and that there are no support members here to read what anybody posts. So if you feel the need to ask or let CB know something, the only way is directly through support.
