Hello @punker barbie This is my first ban I mod for a group of girls and out of no where the other day i was randomly banned no response from support and its been over 24hours. Is there any way you could help get my account unbanned no idea as to why the account was banned any help would be appreciated.

I think a group of induvials spam reported my account and when i went to check if my other account was banned or not it was also banned and that account hasnt been active in a good minute

That's not how bans work and one IP address can report a room once and only once within 24 hours.
Email support and wait.

This is my first time ever receiving a ban. I am a moderator for a girls’ group, and out of nowhere, a couple of days ago, my account was randomly banned. I always follow the rules and have no idea why this sudden ban occurred. I emailed support but haven’t received a response for a few days now. I have had no prior issues or warnings on this account before this ban, and I would really love to be able to use my account again. If there is any way you could help get my account unbanned, I would truly appreciate it.
