Same here, I never would have spent a dime there if it wasn't for one model. Once I tried it, actually kind of liked it except for the annoying popups in private when you get low on credits. Now I see they have an "autobuy" feature that will replenish your credits if you run low in private. There's a disaster waiting to happen.

And my answer to the topic. My first camsite was imeetzu. It is a free camsite kinda like chatroulette/omegle but it is to find random dudes to jerk off with. I used that site for years, not frequently. But then i was googling cam sites just because and i came across cam modeling. My first experience with cam models wasnt exactly with a cam sire per se, but more of an "amateur" porn network of sorts called dreamnet, and it still exists with several of the models who were around when i first got into them. It was a long long time ago. Video quality was poor. (I'm wondering if it was so old it was real player.) It was entirely private based. In public, the girls just sat there barely doing anything in chat even. I had never risked my credit card on a porn site before. And they really weren't giving any reason to.

Only thing I remember is wondering if they were live or tape.
And if the technology existed to play specific clips like when someone asked them to hold up 3 fingers to prove they were live.
