First payment rejected - "technical error" "integration error"

Hello, i'm new to the world of camming.

My first SEPA payment was rejected due to a "technical problem".
What caused the problem? Do I need to reconfigure something?

I asked Stripchat support, but they gave a bad answer ("If the issue was with your payment details, you might need to reconfigure them.")

Did someone get the same problem or have a solution ?
