I understand the need to prevent fraud, but I also believe that models should be protected from fraudulent users. These tokens were received as payment for our work and time, and as models we have no way of knowing whether a user’s tokens are legitimate or were obtained fraudulently.

We cannot see the information or risk indicators that your fraud prevention department has access to, so it is very difficult for us to identify fraudulent users in advance. I understand that fraudulent tokens may need to be removed, but it feels unfair for the loss to fall entirely on the model when we had no way of knowing.

Please consider implementing stronger protection for models by detecting and stopping suspicious users before they can send large amounts of fraudulent tokens. If there are specific signs we should watch for, please clearly explain them to us so we can report suspicious activity immediately.

Hello, I understand that the payout has been restored, but the money was removed because some of the tips were considered fraudulent.

I completely understand that you need to protect the platform from fraud, but I don’t think it is fair to make the model responsible for something she cannot detect or control. I am doing everything that is required from my side, and I have no way of knowing whether a tipper is using fraudulent tokens.

I work for these earnings, so it is very difficult for me to have money removed afterwards because of something I had no way of knowing about. If there are fraudulent users, please help protect the models from them rather than making the models lose their earnings.

Could you please review my case again and let me know if there is any possibility of restoring the removed amount? I would really appreciate your help

You didn't need to tag AmberCutie in your post because she doesn't work for Chaturbate. Punker Barbie (who was the correct person to tag) does.

SC doesn't kick models off their broadcast when a chargeback fraud happens because they have chargeback fruad protection and models can keep tokens recieved. I had a chargeback fruad happen once. I banned that fruadulant viewer perminantly without loss of tokens. So if you are ever kicked off off CH you could give SC a try. However, you may want to explore other cam modling sites as a backup because I sometimes feel like I may be kicked off or accused of other things though.
