Why should I continue cooperating with you and reporting suspicious activity if, in the end, I am the one being financially harmed for doing the right thing?


I reported these tips in good faith because I wanted to cooperate with your team and protect my account. I did not know that these payments were fraudulent, and I worked hard to earn these tokens.


It feels unfair to be penalized for trying to help. I’m asking you to please reconsider the deduction and return the $63.80 to my earnings as a goodwill exception.


I want to cooperate with Chaturbate, but I also need to feel that I am being treated fairly and that reporting suspicious activity will not simply result in me losing money.


Please review my case again and help me find a fair solution.

I understand the need to prevent fraud, but I also believe that models should be protected from fraudulent users. These tokens were received as payment for our work and time, and as models we have no way of knowing whether a user’s tokens are legitimate or were obtained fraudulently.


We cannot see the information or risk indicators that your fraud prevention department has access to, so it is very difficult for us to identify fraudulent users in advance. I understand that fraudulent tokens may need to be removed, but it feels unfair for the loss to fall entirely on the model when we had...
