I always find these notes quite hilarious but I also find them baffling. They are so passive aggressive and I can't imagine not telling the person or people face to face, especially someone I was living with. Maybe I have just been lucky and never had to live with someone that I did not want to or know very well.

Well, sometimes it's a matter of this is urgent but our schedules don't leave time to say it. I know roommates where the only time both are home is when one or the other is asleep.

Some people just don't like confrontation. I had a roommate who, instead of telling me that I wasn't allowed to use the pots and pans until I kept up on cleaning them, just hid them. An ex-gf of mine was angry at me for some reason and took the mouse I was using (it was her's) and hid it from me so I couldn't use my computer. When I asked her about it, she told me she didn't know where it was. My other roomie is the one that told me it was her.

People are childish sometimes.
