Is anyone thinking about pickin' up Gears of War Judgment. It's lookin' pretty cool so far, and I'd love to have more than just my regular 2 or 3 friends to play Overrun with.

I'll get it eventually, I've loved all the previous Gears games and the new weapons and Overrun mode look cool.

Gears is the only game that can get me to line up with the unwashed masses at Gamestop at midnight. Not interested in the story or horde or whatever overrun is but Gears versus is god tier. The chess like battles in Execution and the straight chaos from KOTH or Annex is something I don't get from most games.

Game is weird. Dudes just fall over dead instead of going down, Execution is nowhere to be found, KOTH is now Domination with three rings, and weapon layouts are changed. Bouncing is super smooth and the Gnasher feels great but some of the changes are doo doo. Oh well. Unity!Survival!Brotherhood to the end!

Just played some Gears Free-For-All. As a FFA connoisseur, I have to say that it's pretty awesome so far.

Last part of the season pass came out earlier. Still not really sure what to think of the game.

Three months later, and I've traded in the game. It didn't live up to the expectations I had for it, and that's coming from a person who ISN'T a Gears of War fanboy/advocate. It was fun for a while (FFA anyway), but the lack of maps took away from the feeling pretty quickly. It didn't help the DLC wasn't very enticing either.
