Getting more visitors

Hello girls , my name is Dee , and i am model on Myfreecams . I know i have a low camscore only 1500 and i really don't know what to do to get more visitors and ofc more tokens in my room , I admit that i tryed games , being clothed , naked , reward guys , also i reward new tippers something like : any new tipper gets a video . But is still slow and that is turning me off i spend like 4 hours / day with Sunday off . There are days when i make 1500-2000 tk but some days when i barerly make 400 tokens . Help !!! Thanks

Sites like myfreecams take time and consistency to build a following. For a lot of girls that can take months. And we all have our slow days. Some girls make hundreds some days and pennies on others.

There are plenty of tips on this forum and around the web that can aid you. I am not sure how long you have been on mfc but understand that it is for the longer haul, attaining regulars, building a fan base , promoting yourself helps as well.
While I am used to private chat sites when I before signing up for MFC I researched extensively and knew how I work the site and being adaptable. I also decided not to be obsessed by camscore and I rarely check mine.

A few quick tips
- Get on at the less popular times - as your camscore is related to the averages of all models earned at that time your on.
So if you on when not as many top models are on the averages are more in your favor of what you earn (this is in a nutshell in depth elsewhere)
- Do not stay on for hours and your not earning - this has been said a thousand times and it is true.
I have no problem logging on and logging off letting the room know what time I will be back on even if it is only for a 30 min break.
- Being adaptable I enjoy games and fetish fun, dancing and jokes. Sometimes my room is not in the mood for games or many fetishes pals are not in. Sometimes they just want some flashes, some dirty talk (all with tokens of course)

Im sure if you put more time into it keep the above in mind and of course read up on as much as you can from the other models here you sure to get a steady room going....

Also there is lots of useful info on this forum about what to do when times are slow lots of patience and persistance! Your camscore isn't even that low, mine is lower but it's slowly building up. Yeah, have a search on this forum, so much good advice on here

Everytime that i read a girl struggling with MFC i cant understand why they dont try a different site. When i got back to camming last month after being many years away, all i saw on the net was MFC and i even made a profile there. But after reading a lot about it, studying every post i found on here and all over the net, i just knew it wasnt for me. I might be wrong, but from what i understood, u have to be very proactive on there to be succesfull. That's just not me, im from a time that u were in ur private chat and waiting for a guy to pop up. Back in those days, i was also an independent camgirl, the only site i kept signing in was AW because i had good regs and at the time i used to escort also, so the site was amazing for me. Nowadays, i only cam and AW for me, works good. Anyway, might be because Im older and dont have the patience to keep dancing and hustling for a guy to pay me. Also i always hated the free chats in general. From my point of view there are girls that do great in free chats and just have the skill to make a non payer guy, pay for a show, but many others just dont have this inside, so it might be better wait for a show in a standard paid room. When i first started to cam, that was in 2001, the first site i tried was ifriends, it was through a studio and after getting smarter, i found out i could work from home and i did very well in there. I just started a fanclub there to make extra money, so maybe its a cool idea to find a site that fits u better?
Anyway, if u still want to give MFC a chance, then read everything u can find about it and incorporate as much as u can.

I have to say that i am on mfc since 2012 , this is my second account cos the first one was closed ( a member ambition ) and yes i have patience and i really want to make things work . I used to be on LiveJasmin also but needs a lot of time to be on , I find MFC much simple , but hey i guess is time for LJ again . Maybe i can do both who knows

We do mfc because the potential there is so much higher. The crowd funding set up there as opposed to pay per min = far higher earning potential and much quicker. A guy can drop 1k on you (or more) anytime, or 100's of smaller tips all at once from different people, then there's the extra content and subscription sales gained from the exposure too. It's worth the Ballache in my opinion x

I am having the same problem at CB. I am working there almost 1 month. It's very difficult to get users to my room. 30 users is a high number for me, usually it is more like 10 to 15. I was working to build my Twitter following and posting "I'll be online in 30 mins" but very few people come through that way.

I see some models at CB that come online and have 200 to 250 users in their rooms almost immediately. Seems a bit like magic.

I have read all of the new model tutorials here and they have helped me a lot.

Any words of wisdom for new models on CB?

I used to be on CB too and yeah sometimes it was very hard with visitors but sometimes was magic - 200 -300 in room but i noticed that guys tip very little amounts and very rare and they want to see a girl naked or making a show for a very little amount of tokens which i don't like it . I think it needs time in your case , you are model for 1 month , give it some time maybe it will work and try to be at the same hours everytime you login . Plus i can give you an advice that other models gave it to me too : be optimistic , creative and don't lose your patience !!! I hope this helped you

A 1500 camscore is above average, so you're doing better than the "average" model. Don't be so hard on yourself. I think a huge part of why many models fail on MFC is that they're expecting to be at the top from day one. MFC takes a lot of work/consistency to make good money,but even then, most models will never be a top model, and that's the harsh truth.

That's not to put anybody down. Kickaz didn't make top 100 until 8 months in, and she even had points where her camscore was below 1000, and now she consistently makes top 3 every single month. If you can make MFC work for you to make a decent salary, then you should be happy, just try to improve yourself every month and focus less on what other models are making. When I'm on cam, I try to make it my own little world & believe I'm the only one on the site & be overjoyed that so many kind people come in and give me money just for existing. (side note: I hate when a member will come in my room and say something like "x model just got tipped 100k!" or whatever...even if I like that model, I don't want to hear that when I'm on cam!)

I was actually surprised to see that with my 750 camscore im pretty high up on the page, and most models are much lower than that. When you go to their rooms you can kind of ser that they haven't really researched mfc and/or camming and arent really trying to engage their room. You have found this forum so you are already one step ahead!

Yeah, 1000 is the mean but the median will be somewhat lower. (I'd be quite interested to know roughly what, if anyone has any stats on it.)

When I was a new model for Chaturbate I had 300-500 in my room every day, unless I went on really late, but later is also where I found more tippers. It was like that until my birthday which also happen to be thanks giving. After that it dropped to about a hundred, then that January was in the 30s. It's hard. I think Chaturbate isn't for some people. By that I mean me, you can still have potential. Lol.

I just launched a new Bot on CB a few minutes ago to support my custom Ohmibod browser extension. The extension replaces the standard CB tip sounds with my own local sound files and can vary the volume and duration of playback. I want my Club Vibe respond more realistically (honestly?) to larger tips for me and for my tippers. Hope this helps get some attention.

I definitely agree that mfc is a site that needs time. I'm still struggling myself and have to work really hard not to get disheartened. Despite having some amazing shifts there (hence how I can tell you it has much bigger and faster earning potential than other sites) I average less than half of what I make elsewhere. To do better i have to give it the time it really needs. When I put more time in I see results. So don't give up if it seems like you're not succeeding on MFC at first. I know people say the same of CB but personally I don't believe that to be true as it seems like some accounts there are denied traffic, 3 times I've opened an account there and never showed up anywhere on the site or had any traffic /shrug/

A few of the successful models at CB have told me that it took them 2 months to start to see any traffic there. I don't know if that's 2 months of 10 hours a week, or 2 months of 25 hours/week. But 2 months seems to be the magic number.
