Gif making?

Is there like no way to make a gif that doesn’t cost, doesn’t have to be downloaded, doesn’t involve photoshop and doesn’t leave a dumb watermark?

If there is PLEASE tell me how.

I use gifcam it's really easy and you can make gifs from anything on your desktop, like videos or live streams

I've been using lunapic since watching pokerbabe's online tutorial. If I recall correctly the video demos the other tool she links.
