GN! Problems sending tips, i neel help

I made a purchase with the following details:
My username is: inad1999
The charge was processed, and the tokens appear in my profile. However, when I try to tip a model, I receive an error message "unabled to send tips, please contact with the support."

How can I resolve that issue?

I already messaged support, but I haven't received any further response
They replied to me saying: 'Your account should now work. Please try again and let us know if you have any issues.' I tried sending tokens again, and the same problem is still appearing.

I replied to them email, including a screenshot of the issue, but I still haven't received any response, I would really appreciate any advice or help you can provide
