GN! Problems sending tips, i neel help

I made a purchase with the following details:
My username is: inad1999
The charge was processed, and the tokens appear in my profile. However, when I try to tip a model, I receive an error message "unabled to send tips, please contact with the support."

How can I resolve that issue?

I already messaged support, but I haven't received any further response
They replied to me saying: 'Your account should now work. Please try again and let us know if you have any issues.' I tried sending tokens again, and the same problem is still appearing.

any time I experience an issue with a website I clear cookies and/or try on another browser. half the time it works

since support stated your account should be good to go for tipping now, maybe give the above a try if you haven't already?
