I’m looking for advice regarding an ongoing issue with my Chaturbate account.
My account is fully verified, my payment method is confirmed, and I am not part of a studio.
Since October 16, I have been unable to cash out my tokens. I keep receiving the following error message:
“Unable to cash out. Contact support if the problem continues.”
I am also unable to send tips to other users, although I can still receive tips. My token balance remains visible in my account.
I have already contacted Chaturbate Support. I received automated emails confirming that my requests are being processed, but I have not yet received a response from a support representative.
I have not received any notification explaining why these functions are unavailable.

Could anyone advise me on how to get this issue reviewed by Chaturbate Support? If a representative is able to assist, I would be happy to provide my Chaturbate username privately.
