I would really appreciate your help with a case that Chaturbate Support has not been able to resolve.
I have two accounts, mariana_aangel and marianaa_aangel, both using Paxum as the payment method.
Since July 29, every time I try to cash out my tokens, I receive the following error:
The payout period closed on July 31, and because of this error I was unable to cash out my tokens before the deadline. As of August 5, the issue still has not been resolved.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help escalate this case and confirm whether the tokens I was unable to cash out will still be paid once the issue is resolved.
I would also appreciate it if both accounts could be reviewed to ensure there are no restrictions or issues preventing me from sending or receiving tokens, cashing out, or transferring my earnings to my payment method, so this situation does not happen again in future payout periods.
