Got banned, not sure why.

New here .Not sure if i posted correctly . @punker barbie i was banned a few weeks ago and not sure why. My screename is pointclickboom. I sent a email to support and have not recieved a response . Hoping it is not a permanent ban and can be rectified because NO SITE comes close to being as good as chaturbate is , which has become very apparent to me the past weeks and if given a second chance i will be on my best behaviour moving forward . Thank You

I believe there may have been some misunderstanding or error leading to this action, as I’m not aware of any violation of the platform's terms of service.

Thank you so much for responding to me so quickly. i have responded to support and am now clear on the rules and actions that i will not break going forward. Thank you again i appreciate it.
