Got suspended in the middle of a most normal private show because of "safety concerns", then banned altogether with no reason clarification.

Hello @punker barbie! My CB nickname is Vermilionthorn. I got suspended a couple hours ago during a perfectly normal private show. The notice I got said there was a safety concern and I was suspended to make sure I was okay. I dm'ed the customer to let them know it wasn't me kicking them out and then I found myself banned with the following notice:

Activity on your account has been flagged as violating Chaturbate’s Terms and Conditions. As a result, your account has been banned.

No clarification. Again, it was an absolutely tame and normal masturbation show, no dirty talk even. I've been doing that same show with that same toy for that same customer for ages, both in pvt and in public, and the site has never had any issue with it. I have a feeling the suspension had something to do with the newly implemented AI features.
What does it take to prove I'm alright and how long does it typically take for an appeal to be addressed and an erroneous/safety concern ban to get lifted? Will I be able to get the coming payout?

Hi, you didn't say if you already contacted support, if not, that should be your first step.

AI getting "confused" and flagging something that shouldn't be is a possibility, it happens, but it could be something else too, even something that happened prior to that pvt show. In any case, they'll review your activity and if it was an error the ban will be lifted.

Support will let you know if they require you to do or provide something when they answer you--since you don't know what's the particular concern there's nothing to do about it for now.

Regardless of the outcome, the whole appeal process usually takes between a couple of days and a couple of weeks.

Your tokens will remain frozen until the situation resolves, so you most likely won't be cashing out on the 30th :/
