I have a problem with my Stripchat account. Last week on payout I didn’t receive my payment like I usually do so I thought it was my receiving bank because the SC invoice had said “paid” I contacted Stripchat support but not much was done buy was asked to take a picture holding my ID and with a paper written current date and username which I did and send to the given link. So yesterday on the 10th I check my invoice again only to find out that the card number had changed and was no longer mine. I changed it back but it requires verification from my email which seems to have also been hacked because ever since I started as a model in SC I have been login with the same email but to my surprise it doesn’t work anymore and it says it’s not registered. Even the Admin from Stripchat support said the email I’m sending them emails via is not registered and that I should use the email I registered SC with but since 2023 been using the same email. I don’t get verification code and my life is at a standstill. Don’t know if i should make a new account please Assist
