hello @punker barbie , im Timkruger69, i got suspended on the 31 of may, its allready 4 days suspended with no answer from them. i did get suspended one time before, and they let me back after 3 days, so hoped ill be back after 3 days, but im not. so yeah, here i am. i dont know what to do anymore...

  • what is temporary for them? do they have a standard time or just when somebody remembers, oh lets unblock that guy, he had enough.
 
and the emails, to this day they didnt answer my emails, the ones in february. you gotta tell them, if they know there is zero support, non-existent, they should at least say from the begining, the reason for suspension and the time. at least they can do. how can i fix it if i dont know whats wrong?? after first ban i was very carefull, being chill, minding my own business, i really dont know what could trigger suspension this time. but i would like to know...

A few things; weekends typically don't count when it comes to CB support reps getting back to you. You just posted here, so allow up to a few weekdays at least to get an acknowledgement that support has received your inquiry. Also, each time you send a new inquiry has the potential to push your specific case back to the end of the line, so don't keep sending them messages. Good luck in a resolution.

no, they have zero support, last time i was suspended was back in february, they still didnt answer my emails, for more then 2 moonths, and i see so many people complaining they dont answer for weeks... unbelievable.
