I've been a supporter member at chaturbate and a high tip customer averaging 4,000 tokens daily with about 25 private shows under my collection. ALL the models I've interacted with love and seek me the moment I log in because they know I am a very nice person and a 'TIP TONS' customer. I was enjoying a private show about two weeks ago when suddenly and without a warning I was told by chaturbate that I used language that is not allowed and was immediately banned but not before the site took my payment for an additional 4,700 tokens. It happened immediately without any warnings. I truly don't know why and send emails apologizing for any wrong doing and asking to please reinstate my account. PLEASE do anything possible to expedite the ban and have my account restored.

The only email I have received from them is an auto-generated one confirming that they have received my email but that's all. Still can't log in and still showing BANNED.

I've tried using a valid credit card to add 4000 tokens but keep on getting a message that reads: PLEASE USE A VALID CARD
It was accepted several times in the past.
Help me fix this issue please
In addition, I want to change my password but have tried at least 10 times and each one I get a note saying that I will receive an email with a link but never, ever get it. And YES, I checked spam but it isn't there either.
