HELP I WAS BANNED ON CHATURBATE

Hello! I need help please, a few days ago they banned me on chaturbate with the username of anybellucci, I entered a pvt and without warning they removed me and sent me that my account is banned because they believe that I violated their rules and the truth is I don't know what I did, I only remember that before going to pvt a user asked me to open his cam and he was smoking immediately I went to pvt and this happened, I just need them to tell me what to do I have already sent two emails and they don't give me a response This happened on Saturday. Your first issue is that you sent multiple emails. Don't do that. Secondly, you're not going to be banned because someone else was smoking unless you were talking about smoking pot with them. Wait for their response. It's going to be awhile.
