Hi all. I came to share with you the unpleasant situation in which I found myself. Please help me and don't leave me with this problem.

My username account - Kleoxxx . I have been a webcam model on this platform Chaturbate for many years. I have an audience of more than 18000 subscribers.
I really value my work and my subscribers! I am grateful to this site, with which I shared more then 10 years of life or so
But almost in a start of camming on your site , due to my inexperience, I trusted the people from the studio who registered me an account for my documents and they promised me that this account would belong only to me.
Yes, I fully control my account, I have my own login and password, two-step verification and my personal email linked to my account. I can completely identify myself and my documents. The only thing I can’t change in my account is the information about the payment system, since all the payments I received first came to the studio’s account.
Now I find myself in a position where I was deceived... studio representatives lost control of their studio account and stopped communicating, as a result of which now I cannot receive my TIPS from my loyal subscribers.
I really want to continue to work on this site Chaturbate, to please my subscribers and loyal fans. But first I need to make my account independent so that I can control my income.
The studio representatives violated their obligations and simply deceived me.
I wrote about this to the technical support of the site administration, but so far no help has been received... at the same time, according to the rules of the site, namely paragraph V, a, ii - my situation is an extraordinary circumstances.

Oh this is an interesting issue and topic.

All Studio created accounts are the property of the Studio not the Model on them. For your account to become independent you would need to apply to Chaturbate support who would then send an email to the Studio email and if they agreed each of you would be sent a code to then send to Chaturbate authorising the Studio account to become yours as an independent model.

If the Studio does not agree then you do not get the account. Technically according to the rules it is not your account, it is a Studio account that you work from. The Terms and Conditions are actually very detailed and clear.

If the Studio account on CB was banned then CB would gift you, as the model, the account, removing it from the control of the Studio (since it is banned). If the Studio closed down, or whatever else then it is a sad situation, but you will never be given the account.

I knew 2 Ukrainian models who had Studio accounts and their Studio closed due to the war and CB told them that with deepest regret there was nothing they could do if the Studio did not approve of the transfer of the account.

CB will have the Studio email and contact info to contact the Studio directly themselves to ask them to approve, but if they do not reply you are without options. The rules are explicit, Studio accounts are the sole property of the Studio and not the Model who uses them.

Maybe @punker barbie can correct any errors I may have made or misunderstood but I think my opinion is very accurate.
