Hi anybody,

I’m reaching out because I desperately need help with a permanently banned Stripchat model account.

My account was permanently banned for allegedly “sharing personal information.” However, I was never given a warning, a specific explanation of what information I allegedly shared, or an opportunity to explain the context.

I have tried multiple times through the normal Stripchat support channels, but I have only received generic responses and have not been able to get a meaningful human review of what actually happened.

I genuinely believe this may have resulted from a roleplay interaction being interpreted literally or taken out of context. I never intentionally shared someone’s personal information, and I would be more than willing to explain the exact context if someone would actually tell me which interaction or information triggered the decision.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I have never been given the opportunity to defend or clarify the situation. I am not asking for special treatment or for Stripchat to ignore its rules. I am asking for the decision to be reviewed by a person who can look at the actual context and explain what specifically happened.

Could you please help me get this case reviewed internally by somebody then not the bots…

I can provide my username, previous ticket numbers, account information and any other information required privately.

I would genuinely appreciate it if you could help me get this in front of someone who can perform a proper manual review rather than sending me back through the standard support process.

Thank you very much.
