Help me review my ban case

I am contacting you regarding the action taken against my account, and I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.


I would like to explain that the conversation that apparently led to the violation consisted solely of an exchange of messages with another user. The things discussed in that conversation did not happen physically, were never carried out, and there was no intention or plan to actually engage in any of the actions mentioned.

At the time, I also was not aware that having a conversation of that nature, even strictly through text and without any intention of acting on it, could violate Chaturbate’s guidelines.

I sincerely apologize for the situation and understand that the platform has rules in place to protect its community. My intention was never to promote, encourage, or engage in any harmful behavior.

I kindly ask the team to review the full context of the conversation and reconsider the ban on my account, taking into consideration that this was only a written conversation and that none of the discussed actions actually occurred or were intended to occur.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review my case. I sincerely hope you will consider giving me another opportunity to continue using the platform while respecting its rules and guidelines.

I completely understand your point, and I’m not trying to deny that the topic was discussed. I understand that discussing something prohibited can still be considered a violation, even if it was never actually carried out.


What I’m asking you to consider is the context and the fact that there was no intention to violate Chaturbate’s rules. This was only my third stream, and I genuinely did not know that even discussing that subject was prohibited. I understand that not knowing the rules does not excuse the violation, and I take responsibility for not being sufficiently familiar with them.


I’m not asking for the rules to be ignored or for the violation to be dismissed. I’m simply asking for a second chance. If possible, I would really appreciate having my account reviewed once more and being given the opportunity to continue on Chaturbate while fully respecting the Terms of Service and community guidelines.


I have learned from this situation and would be much more careful about everything discussed on the platform going forward.

I sincerely ask that you reconsider the ban and give me the opportunity to prove that I can use the platform responsibly.
