I’m hoping you can help me with an account ban and an unanswered support request.
During a stream, a viewer messaged me asking if I would participate in raceplay involving racial slurs during an exclusive private show. I initially agreed, not realizing that Chaturbate prohibited this type of content. However, I questioned whether it was allowed, checked the rules, and discovered that it was prohibited. I did not proceed with the private show.
To be clear, I never typed or verbally used any racial slurs, and the requested activity never took place. However, my account was subsequently banned for allegedly using racial slurs.
I understand that I should have been familiar with the rules beforehand, and I take responsibility for initially agreeing to something that wasn’t permitted. However, I feel the stated reason for my ban is inaccurate, as I never actually used any slurs.
I first contacted Chaturbate Support on Monday, October 26, and have since sent two or three follow-up emails without receiving a response.
Additionally, I have over $600 in earnings in my account that I am currently unable to access. This is a significant amount of money for me, and I’m especially concerned about whether I will receive my payout.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance with getting my account reviewed and potentially reinstated. If reinstatement isn’t possible, my priority is ensuring that I receive the earnings I’ve already made.
