They're not even letting me explain that's the whole problem I didn't do anything wrong and what they're saying I did I didn't do and I confirmed that I didn't do I want my stream back and I want the tokens I earned so how do I get around this I need to talk to someone who works there who isn't just as roundabout person I want support how do I get a hold of support that is not through an email

When they say this:
it means they will not be speaking with you anymore. So unfortunately you'll have to move on. Or at least drop the subject here at the forum as there's nothing left to be done here.
