5 times in how long of a time period?
If you're emailing them once per day, over the space of 5 days or even less, this will do more harm than good and will slow down their response, as you essentially "bump" your ticket back to the top of the list. Most places will work on a "bottom to top" method, so try to leave it at least a couple of days before contacting again.
