Help Request: Studio Stole My Chaturbate Account

I’m reaching out because I urgently need advice and support regarding a stolen account on Chaturbate.
Here’s my situation:

• I originally registered my Chaturbate account under my own name using my official passport.
• A studio I previously worked with took control of my account without my permission.
• I still have my valid passport that matches the registration details of the accounts
• I also have past correspondence from a similar case where I successfully recovered an account, which shows that I can verify my ownership.

I would be grateful for any guidance from members or moderators here who have dealt with similar cases. Specifically:

• The best way to present this evidence to Chaturbate support.
• Whether anyone has experience with studios attempting to reclaim accounts they do not own.
• Any additional steps I should take to protect my identity and accounts going forwarding

I got a reply from chaturbate team , asked me to take a photo with piece of paper and ID upside down with special word. Already 34 hours and they didn’t reply back. How long it’s gonna take?

Have you emailed support@chaturbate.com? I'm curious how a studio took control of an account they don't own...

Do not give documents or evidence to anyone here. No one here (other than punker barbie) works for Chaturbate. All correspondence should be done through official Chaturbate channels.

At least 34 hours, and probably more if that time period lapses over a weekend. Be sure you're not sending multiple inquiries via email or the website, as doing such just keeps moving your "ticket" to the end of the line.

It's highly unlikely a studio "took control" of your account without you authorizing CB to transfer your account to a studio. You may have inadvertently signed up using the studio's registration link, in which case the account was never yours.

it sounds to me like she had a chaturbate account and then went to work at a studio, since she already had an active account with followers they probably transferred the account under the studio as she was working there to enable the studio to collect the tokens to pay out the model. It's not uncommon, when going from independent to a studio.
