HELP? Why am I showing up on cam sites Ive never been to?

I'm a member of Streamate and MFC and I have been for a year now. I'm looking around at other sites (Camorous.com for example) and I'm appearing as "offline" with a profile picture and everything?? Its not a profile picture I chose on my sites its just one of my pictures. I've found me on quite a few other sites as well with the same picture and everything. I've always assumed they were affiliated with Streamate.com, but I'm starting to get worried because i'm seeing myself on more and more sites.
I've looked up other members of streamate on these sites and theyre not on there with me.
I'm worried someone is stealing my information or my stream somehow and making money off of me. Does anyone know anything about this or had a similar issue??

I could be wrong, but I think when you sign up to Streamate, you agree to them using your image(s) for marketing purposes, possibly even on sites other than Streamate.

Streamate has hundreds of 'white label' sites - Essentially just a copy/paste of Streamate, but with a different name (this is part of why traffic is so high for SM girls.) Every single one of those sites will have your profile and stream on it if you don't have any geographic restrictions on your SM profile. SM can also record your shows and upload them to other sites for advertising purposes if they want to; all of this was laid out in the forms that you signed when you made your account.

If you're uncomfortable with it, you can always put up some geographic restrictions, but your traffic is going to drop immensely, and nobody will be able to see that you're even online unless they're logged in to their account. It's really nothing to worry about though; just relax, understand that nobody is 'stealing your feed', and enjoy all the extra traffic.

What sites are they on? In my experience the white labels generally use the same pictures and all that as streammate. So that seems a little weird to me.

camorous.com is a somewhat broken copy of cams.com or another streamray (different than SM, but afaict fairly reputable) site. Did you sign up for cams.com in the past?

Yep, looks like she also has an account on there, username Emma_Skye, with the profile picture matching the one on ACF. So that explains why she'd be on a white label of Cams.com (even if she decided not to work on there, the account is still active and so shows up on the affiliate sites.) Combine that with all the SM affiliates out there, and it's no wonder OP is finding herself on all kinds of white label sites. Still looks like it's all above-board and not some sort of pic/feed stealing situation though.

Not really sure why that would freak you out? Each white label is just a copy of SM with a different name meaning there are hundreds of sites you are on to get traffic and paying customers. Imagine 500 MFC websites all broadcasting you when you are on and all the paying traffic and promotion you would get from that. That to me is a good thing..well only if you like making money that is lol. Each SM white label is a legit site the guys can pay you with so I dont see anything wrong with that or anything to be worried about at all. MFC can actually do the same thing if they wanted to with your feed, they just dont. I have huge issues with SM but they arent doing anything wrong or shady when it comes to white labels.

It freaked me because I didn't know that they did that that's all.

I also searched other cam model's name while looking at that site and trust me when I say, I didn't see any other model from Streamate. I mean, wouldn't that make you wonder as well if you didn't know?

Imagine 500 MFC websites all broadcasting you when you are on and all the paying traffic and promotion you would get from that. That to me is a good thing..well only if you like making money that is lol. Each SM white label is a legit site the guys can pay you with so I dont see anything wrong with that or anything to be worried about at all. MFC can actually do the same thing if they wanted to with your feed, they just dont. I have huge issues with SM but they arent doing anything wrong or shady when it comes to white labels.

I just don't like the idea of being on sites i don't know... i've got some personal reasons behind it but upon other issues, i'm pretty sure i would get trolls and not pay. I don't really expect much, i'm heavyset and in some cases can bring me large tips or nothing but greif on MFC for sure... I don't like to flash for free and so i'm not popular, like... i piss people off. I set my goals low but it never matters so why would it matter in this case ?

Obviously more viewers means a higher likelihood of trolls, but it also means a higher likelihood of paying members. If I broadcast from just one site, I get the traffic that finds me on that exact site, but because sites like Streamate and cams.com, etc., have white label sites, it means that there's more traffic to be finding me. Some of my best regulars have found me thanks to some white label sites that I had never even heard of before.

And I'm not sure why size is relevant to the site you work on, but in the case of a niche thing, like being a bbw, sites that operate white labels reach a broader range of folks and can actually make things easier. I'm not trying to get you (or anyone else, for that matter) to switch or anything, just sharing based on my experience.

true, but in respect of earnings, you make 35 out of 100 for a day. my schedual, that would be 175 a week, that would be 350 bi weekly, then i have to take 30% out for tax's, so weekly ( id on't know how the payment schedual works here) i would make 122.5, and bi weekly would be 245 a week. sure its better pay out in retrospect of MFC but what if you only made 4 bucks of your earning in a day? wouldn't it make you feel cheated? especially when time is precious and you have limitations....

As about a billion girls have said before in other threads the traffic is better and the customers are more likely to pay since nothing but a flash of boobs is allowed in free chat. They know they wont see anything for free. While you only make 35% cut there is more paying traffic which makes up for that 15% amount and then some more often than not. Besides you could make $0 on any site even MFC on any given day. You do what you always do, try again later.
