@punker barbie Hi Punker Barbie, I had my account banned on CB some weeks ago now. I have sent multiple requests to the CB Support Team but have heard nothing. I have not been given a ticket number. My username is stroke4shiny. I'm not sure how I can contest the ban or understand why it was imposed if no one gets back to me. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Just got a response from Chaturbate Support on this as follows: "Previously, we were alerted that you may be engaging in conduct in violation of the Chaturbate Terms, including harassing and abusive language/conduct. After reviewing this matter, you were permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to termination without warning and all associated amounts deemed forfeit."
However what was not reviewed or taken into consideration by the CB Support Team was that I was being attacked by a performer and was merely defending myself. I didn’t initiate any contact with the performer in question. I merely entered their room for several seconds, then exited. I then get an abusive PM sent from them calling me a loser or something like that. I then replied by telling them to f*ck off. And then the situation escalated from there. Is the expectation that CB members simply take abuse and get bullied by rude performers looking for trouble? Everyone has the right to defend themselves if they are being bullied online. The situation escalated out of control on both sides. I do acknowledge and accept that. However if I am to be permanently banned, then the other party should also be permanently banned, otherwise that is completely unfair. Essentially someone can initiate aggressive and bullying behaviour on CB, and as long as they report it first to the Support Team, the CB Support Team will take their side, and permanently ban the aggrieved party. Now this performer can continue doing this others on CB. How utterly disgusting!

True, but in this online instance you have a recourse in reporting such behaviour to Support rather than engaging in abusive chat which always makes things worse.
