I got suspended from streaming in Chaturbate despite providing necessary information and haven't gotten any response from them since. is this normal? or is there anything else i'm missing. cause im not sure what to do next since i havent gotten a reply from them

afaik, i've abided by the rules and have been very careful. logged in, then poof, suspended. didn't get any emails regarding why so im unsure of what i exactly have to do...
