Chaturbate Support Response Delay

i raised a concern previously and was told that it has been seen by Chaturbate support. however, I haven't gotten any legitimate response from them. it's been more than a month and all i've gotten was an automated response with no clarity to why i was suspended despite me not violating any rules.

is it normal for them to respond this long? i dont know whats going on and i just feel so helpless at this point

Only thing you can do is to wait. Also, best to keep same topic issues to one thread, as creating new threads will only slow things down further putting your issue to the end of the queue.
