First of all, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope you can help me.

Since May 2025, I have been working for the chaturbate under the nickname (vanilla_eyes) at the studio. Everything was fine, my account was growing and I was making good money, but on September 29, the studio closed and I was forced to work alone.



I have access to this account and I have conducted 3 streams from home. Some time later, I went to check if anyone had written to me, but found that my account was banned:(

My internal Russian passport was linked to the account (vanilla_eyes), I tried to write to support after the ban to find out the reasons, but I did not receive a response. I tried to register a new account (where_u_get_this) for a foreign passport, but I also received a ban immediately after registration. I wrote to tech support and also received an answering machine.

I sincerely want to work on chaturbate, when I worked at the studio, it was top-1 in terms of income.
 
If you have not yet done so, your first step should be to contact Chaturbate directly, via support@chaturbate.com and/or through their direct contact portal via SUBMIT A REQUEST. Be sure to use the email registered on the account in question.

You should then receive an automated reply email verifying that support has in fact received your request; We’ve received your message and are working to assist you as quickly as possible.... Some helpful articles may be provided. Scroll to the bottom of that email to where it states; Does this article answer your question? and click NO if you require further assistance. You should then wait for their reply to your email directly. It may take up to a week or more before you receive a response from them.

yes, I went through all these stages, but no one contacted me (despite the fact that, for example, the operator answers on camsoda, and on chaturbate, after going through all the stages, no one contacted me
