I started as a webcam recently but the site i started with has no form of training and i'm so lost

There's really no "cam model" training programs that I can think of. Just be yourself, try to be outgoing and enjoyable to be around. Maybe, if you know any more well known models, you could start off by doing dual shows with them and then split off by yourself when you have a decent following of regulars?

the best training I ever got was to watch what other girls did and learn from their successes and mistakes.

i'm with modelxonline and i've heard of there being sites that the more experienced models help us noobs but seems this one doesn't :/ and so i have done some plug n play but think i would be more confident if i had more of an idea of what to do lol

There's a lot of different sites to work on- but if you work for a studio you may be under contract and should look into that before moving.
You say you dont know what to do...can you elaborate on that? I assume you know the purpose of a camsite and are just looking for ideas on how to liven up your show.
There are lots of good advice threads under the Models Only section. Get approved and you'll find lots of great information.

You don't have to do anything you are uncomfortable with. I do very little dirty talk, and I openly admit I suck at roleplay and I do fine. Its okay to say "no" to something.

Not necessarily a studio but a white label/affiliate account for Streamate.

I've already asked for additional model verification, so she's working on that. But ultimately if a girl is brand-spanking new to camming, watching other girls (lots of different kinds of other girls, not just the most popular ones) work their room is a key ingredient in learning the ropes. Learn how to use the site and take note of how the other models do it.

I shall clarify that I'm not a model, but I think observation is key towards understanding how different camsites work. In the context of MFC - it requires not only a beautiful body and a high level of tolerance for the persistently high levels of what's frankly stupidity - but a warm personality that makes members extremely comfortable.

As stated, go watch others. It's good to watch failing cam-girls in addition to successful ones, too - since learning from mistakes is such a fundamental aspect of the industry. Aspiring cam girls such as yourself could benefit from simple observation. On a slightly related note, you may have some interest in joining the Models Only section of the site - we have a wonderful range of insightful and enlightening posts by successful/aspiring models that have a strong vested interest in helping you.

How to be a successful camgirl:

Take a pic like the other girls did in the thread I linked you in PM. Save it to your computer. Upload it as an attachment by clicking below where it says "choose file" then "add the file".
