It's your room so you are liable for what you do/don't do when a user says or does something.
For example, if they start talking about underage sex in YOUR room, you're responsible to ban and report them. If you let the continue and ignore what they are talking about, you're part of the problem and conversation and thus, you can be banned for it.
It seems unfair maybe on the surface of it, but it really isn't when you understand and think about it more.
